Jesse W. Duarte

People need an attorney who understands their struggle, whose name they know, who can guide them through their complicated maze of legal worries. Smart people need an attorney to help them get their life back.

That’s where I come in. My name is Jesse Duarte, an attorney living in the greater Providence area, focusing on legal needs of good people in bad situations–the accused, the injured, and the unhappily married.

Originally a philosophy professor, the courtroom was a natural draw for me. But I worked my way through law school and became a lawyer because I know what it’s like to feel wronged and helpless. I’m good at my job because I make your problem my own, and I work with you tirelessly to solve those problems.

After obtaining a Bachelors in Philosophy from the University of Vermont, and Doctoral work at The Ohio State University, I graduated from Roger Williams School of Law and started my own law firm in downtown Providence. 

When I’m not fighting for you, I’m telling hilarious jokes with friends or traveling  with my patient and beautiful family.

My clients include accident victims, those accused of criminal offenses, arrested for DUI / OUI / Refusal, small businesses, and those seeking to better their domestic situation. I can help because I get it. And I want to help you get your life back.
